Your data on Trackday.Place
We collect the bare minimum, only to provide the service you ask for.
What we keep
- Alerts (“Alert me”): your email address and the track day or track you follow, to let you know when availability changes.
- Availability requests : the requested track day, and your email only if you leave it to be told the answer.
- Organisers : name, work email, website and message entered in the organiser area, and the places you publish.
- Account (optional): your email, a fingerprint of your password (never the password itself), and what you choose to save: first name, starting town, car, favourite tracks. Can be deleted at any time from your account.
- Last account activity. When you are logged in, we record the time of your last visit to the site, rounded to the hour (updated at most once an hour), in addition to the date of your last login. Only the Trackday.Place team sees it, to spot inactive accounts and answer your requests; it is never shown to other members and disappears with your account. This statement is being reviewed by our lawyer.
An account is optional and no ad trackers are used; the site's audience measurement is described below. Your starting town and your location stay in your browser: they are never sent to us, except the town you choose to save in your account. The last email you entered is remembered in your browser so you don't have to type it again.
Friends area
- Username, friends, groups and calendar. Your days are visible only to your friends and the members of your groups, according to the visibility chosen for each day. Your email is never shown; your first name and surname (optional) only to your friends and group members.
- Messages. They are read only by the group's members or, for a day thread, by the group members who are going. They are deleted after 12 months, or with your account. A reported message is read by the Trackday.Place team, who decide whether to remove it.
- One-to-one conversations and online status. A one-to-one conversation is read only by you and your friend (and by the Trackday.Place team if a message is reported); it is erased after 12 months, or with either account. Your friends see whether you are online and when you were last here; if your profile is public, its visitors only see "Online" or "Offline", never a time: we keep only the date of your last visit, erased after 12 months or with your account. "Hide my online status", in "My friends", erases it and stops recording it.
- Location on the way. Only if you share it, in a day thread, with your consent each time and for a period you choose (12 hours at most). It is sent only while the page is open, at most once a minute, and is seen only by the group members going to that day. We keep only the latest location (accurate to about ten metres): it is deleted as soon as you stop sharing, at the end of the chosen period, or if you leave the group. No history of your journeys is kept.
- Email summary. When you are not on the site, an email tells you at most every 6 hours how many messages are waiting, never their content. You can turn it off in "My friends".
- Reminders before your track days. For a track day where you are “Booked” in your calendar, we send you a reminder 7 days before, 3 days before, the day before and the day after (in the bell and by email), based on your own data: the day itself, the weather forecast, the friends who are going and let you see their day, your convoy, your documents and your file for the organiser. Each reminder can be turned off in “My account”. The list of reminders sent is deleted after 12 months, or with your account.
- Shared by default, restricted item by item. When you choose your username and declare that you are 18 or over, your driver profile is public by default: your username, your photo and cover if you add them, the town, country and links you enter, the cars in your garage, your lap times, your upcoming track days from the site's calendar that your friends already see, your badges (name, level and date earned), and the "Online" or "Offline" badge. Without this declaration, the profile stays private. Registered, signed-in drivers see all of it; unregistered visitors and search engines only see its showcase (username, profile photo and cover, plus your social media links if you choose), which you can hide: your page then no longer exists for them. In "My public profile" you can make it private at any time (it disappears immediately), hide your upcoming track days, your badges or your online status, and untick each of your cars. Deleting your account erases it.
- GPS session import. The .vbo files from your GPS lap timer are read and analysed in your browser: when chosen with “Import sessions”, they are never sent to or kept by Trackday.Place. Only the time you save goes to the server, with the best lap's trace (positions and times of that lap only, for the “With proof · GPS” check) and, for each session, its start time, number of laps and duration (so a session is never counted twice). The trace is never shown to other drivers; it is deleted if you change the time or the track, or with the time itself.
- Direct sending from the lap timer app. If you share a session straight from your lap timer app (iPhone shortcut or Android Share menu), the .vbo file goes through our server without being linked to your account: it is kept there for 1 hour at most, under a random name, and deleted as soon as your My performance page has fetched it. The server neither reads nor logs its content; the analysis then happens in your browser, as for an import.
- Cars. A car added to your garage is shown by default: its name (and its photo if you add one) appears on your public profile, on your lap times, in the leaderboards and the Paddock, and for your friends and the members of your groups (calendar, group board, convoy). Once unticked in "My public profile", it no longer appears anywhere for other drivers, friends included; only you can see it.
- Photos. The photos you upload (profile, cover, cars) are resized on your device, stripped of their metadata (including GPS location), then stored on our server or with our file storage provider. They are only shown to people who can see the item concerned (public profile, shown car), and are erased when you remove them, when you delete the car, or with your account.
- Post shared on social networks. If you share one of your Paddock posts, you post an image of it (its text, photos and your username) and a link to it on your social networks yourself. This link only shows the post to logged-in Trackday.Place members: someone without an account, like the networks' robots, only sees a “Post for members only” card, with nothing from the post; it is not indexed by search engines. “Deactivate the share link”, in the post's menu, cuts the link immediately; deleting the post erases it. We only count the number of visits to these links and the sign-ups they bring, without keeping anything about visitors.
- Organisers. They only see how many drivers have put their day in their calendar (Booked, Planned, Maybe), never who. Private days are not counted.
- Age. These features are for people aged 16 and over (18 for the public profile). We keep only the date of your declaration, never a date of birth.
Documents space
- What we keep. Only if you turn on “My documents” (your consent is asked before the first document): the type of each document (driving licence, track liability insurance certificate, racing licence, registration document), its expiry date, the name and car concerned if you enter them, your licence number if you type it in, and a copy of the document (PDF or photo) if you upload one. No date of birth, no address, no medical certificate.
- Who sees them. Only you. No other driver and no partner can access them; an organiser only if you allow it yourself for one of their track days (see “Track day files” below). Your documents are never sold or analysed by an artificial intelligence service.
- Encrypted copies. Each copy is encrypted (AES-256, one key per file) before being stored on our servers in France; the GPS location, device and date taken are removed from photos before saving. Every upload, opening and deletion is recorded in the history on your “My documents” page.
- Suggested expiry date. If you upload a PDF copy without entering an expiry date, the text of the PDF is read automatically on our server, at upload time, to find that date. Nothing is sent to any third party, no artificial intelligence service is used and the text read is not kept: only the date found and a short extract (under 60 characters) are kept until you answer, 7 days at most. The date is only saved if you confirm it; you can reject or correct it. Photos and scanned PDFs are not read.
- Why. Show you the status of your documents, remind you of their expiry in your area and warn you before a day in your calendar. Later, with your consent each time, they may be used to fill in your registration for a day faster. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- How long. Until you delete them, withdraw your consent (“Erase everything”, immediate effect) or delete your account. An expired document that is not renewed is deleted automatically 12 months after its expiry date.
Coach documents
- What we keep. For coach accounts only: a copy of the documents uploaded (professional sports instructor card or equivalent foreign qualification, diploma, professional liability insurance certificate and, if you add them, licence and first aid certificate), the information they contain (holder's name, number, insurer, issue and expiry dates), their status and the history of uploads, decisions and viewings.
- Why. To check that you are authorised to teach for payment and insured, before presenting you to drivers as a coach, then to track expiry dates (reminders before and after the end of validity). Legal basis: performance of the service and our legitimate interest in protecting drivers.
- Who sees them. You and the Trackday.Place team only. No driver, no organiser and no other coach has access; every viewing is recorded, and you can see it in “My documents”.
- Encrypted copies. Each copy is encrypted (AES-256, one key per file) on our servers in France; the GPS position, device and capture date of photos are removed before saving.
- Automatic reading. Once it is activated, only the pages of the document will be sent to an automatic reading provider, to extract the type, name, number and dates; your name and email address are never passed on to it, the comparison is made on our servers, and the provider keeps nothing. The decision always rests with our team. This provider will be named here before activation.
- How long. As long as your coach account exists; everything is deleted with it. A replaced version is deleted 30 days after the new one is approved; the history of uploads, decisions and viewings is kept for 24 months.
- To be confirmed. This list of documents, these periods and the automatic reading are being reviewed by our lawyer.
Coaches and students
- What the coach keeps. To follow their students, a coach keeps their client base on Trackday.Place (the name and contact details you gave them, sessions, bookings and amounts paid, level, goals) and their notes. Their private notes are never shown to you; a debrief is only visible to you if they share it.
- Who is responsible for it. The coach, for their student base and notes: they decide how they are used. Trackday.Place hosts and processes them on their behalf, as a processor, on our servers in France. A coach never sees another coach's data or an organiser's data.
- The link with your account. A coach sees nothing of your driver account until you accept their invitation. You choose what you share, box by box: debriefs, files, lap times, garage. You can withdraw a permission or the whole link at any time in “My coaches”: the coach's access is cut off immediately. The text you accepted is kept with its date.
- Shared files. Videos, telemetry and documents exchanged with a coach are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 space and only open through a link valid for a few minutes, for the coach and for you only. A video or photo may contain the device's GPS position: you are told about it. Files are deleted after 3, 12 or 24 months depending on the coach's plan; if you withdraw your permission, you keep read access for 30 days, then everything is deleted.
- Messages, bookings and reviews. Messages sent to a coach from a page are kept for 12 months. Booking a session is an order placed with the coach, who collects payment themselves: no payment goes through Trackday.Place. A review can only be left after a session that took place or was paid for; it is published without your full name or email address.
- How long. By default, a student record is deleted 36 months after your last session or last purchase with that coach. If you delete your account, the link with your coaches, your reviews, your messages and your file spaces are deleted immediately.
- To be confirmed. This division of roles, these periods and the processing clause in the coaches' terms are being reviewed by our lawyer.
Track day files
- What is requested. When an organiser manages registration for one of their track days on Trackday.Place, they send you a link to your file. They choose what they ask for, from: last name, first name, date of birth (for your age on the day and the rules for minors), address, email, phone, emergency contact, driving licence and racing licence numbers, car and registration, insurance, experience, image rights, up to three questions of their own, and for a minor the legal guardian. Added to this are the requested documents (driving licence, insurance certificate, racing licence, registration document, ID) and the waiver or parental consent you sign.
- Who sees them. The organiser of the track day and the members of their team who are allowed to, and no one else. They decide how they use it for their track day: for this data, they are the controller; Trackday.Place hosts and processes it on their behalf. Answers, signed waivers and uploaded documents are encrypted on our servers in France.
- Your documents in “My documents”. Never passed on without your consent. When buying a ticket or in your file, a box that is never ticked in advance: “I allow the organiser to retrieve a copy of the documents already in my driver area”. Once ticked, it applies to that track day and that organiser only: they see the status, the result of the check and a copy of the requested documents, until the day after the event. You can withdraw this consent at any time in “My documents”, with immediate effect; each time the organiser views a copy, it is logged there and visible to you.
- Automatic check. When you submit your file, our servers check the documents without artificial intelligence: that they are there, valid on the day of the event, the name and the file format. The organiser sees what is missing and can also check them themselves; they are the one who approves your file.
- Reminders and entry pass. If the organiser has chosen it for their event, we send you in their name, before the deadline, a reminder listing only what your file is missing, then your entry pass once the file is approved, in your language. Never two messages on the same day for the same event; the list of these emails is visible to the organiser and deleted after 13 months.
- How long. By default: copies uploaded to the file are deleted 30 days after the track day; answers to the form 12 months after; signed waivers and parental consents 5 years after; the log of views 3 years. The organiser can choose other durations for their organisation. Deleting your account immediately withdraws all your sharing consents.
- To be confirmed. These durations, the electronic signature of waivers and the rules for minors are being reviewed by our lawyer before the official launch of file management.
Organisers' driver databases
- What it is. Every organiser who uses our ticketing or our file management has a database of their own drivers: your first and last name and contact details as you gave them, the days you booked with them (date, track, role), the amounts paid, the status of your files, the car and date of birth declared in a file, and the tags or internal notes their team adds. They can also import their customer file from before Trackday.Place.
- Who is responsible for it. The organiser, for their database: they decide how it is used (preparing their days, contacting you again, following their customers). Trackday.Place hosts it and keeps it up to date on their behalf, as a processor, on our servers in France. An organiser never sees another organiser's database, nor what you do elsewhere on Trackday.Place (calendar, friends, documents, lap times).
- If you delete your account. The link between your Trackday.Place account and the organiser's record is removed immediately. The sales and files the organiser legitimately holds (invoices, registrations) remain in their database, as they would remain in their accounts.
- How long. By default, a record is erased 36 months after your last day or last purchase with this organiser; they can choose a period of 12 to 120 months. The purge is automatic, every night.
- Your rights. To see, correct or erase your record, or to object to being contacted again, contact the organiser. They can remove you from their database: your next bookings will not recreate the record. You can also write to us at [email protected] and we will pass it on.
- To be confirmed. This allocation of roles and these periods are being validated by our lawyer before the official launch.
Applications
- What we receive. When you respond to an opening on the “We're recruiting” page, or offer us your help on your own initiative, we receive what you enter: name, email, country, languages spoken, message, optional link, the chosen opening and your answers to the questions specific to that opening (motivation, experience, availability…). If you are signed in, the application is linked to your account.
- Why. Only to consider your application and reply to you. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. No automatic email is sent to you, and only the Trackday.Place team reads applications.
- How long. 12 months after the last action on your application (sending, reply, follow-up), then automatic erasure, answers to the questions included. It is also erased with your account, or sooner on request.
- Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure and withdrawal of your consent: write to [email protected], or use “Delete my data” below. An application linked to your account appears in “Download my data”, without our internal notes.
- To be confirmed. This retention period is being validated by our lawyer.
Waiting list for professionals
- What we receive. When you join the pro area's waiting list (“Notify me when it opens”), we receive what you enter: your profile (organiser, coach, commercial partner, photographer or other), your name, your email and, if you provide them, your country, your website and your message.
- Why. Only to let you know when registrations for professionals open and to know which profiles are waiting. Legal basis: your request. No automatic emails, no marketing, no resale: only the Trackday.Place team reads this list.
- How long. Until registrations open, then 6 months after the message informing you of it, followed by automatic erasure. Sooner on simple request.
- Your rights. Access, correction and erasure: write to [email protected], or use “Delete my data” below.
- To be confirmed. This retention period is being validated by our lawyer.
Partner offers
- Clearly labelled ads. Our partners' offers are ads, always labelled “Partner offer” and checked by our team before publication. Their order follows criteria published under each block.
- What we count. Only totals per offer and per day: views, link clicks, copied codes. Your IP address is used, in memory and in hashed form, to count you only once a day; it is never stored. No cookies, no third-party trackers. The partner only receives these totals, never your identity.
- Reporting an offer. We keep the reason, your details and, if you are signed in, the link to your account, to review the report. The partner does not know who reported their offer. Deleted after 12 months.
- The partner's website. “See the offer” opens the partner's website: you then leave Trackday.Place and the partner's own privacy policy applies.
- Partner accounts. We keep your account and showcase information (brand, website, description, logo, links) and your offers as long as your account exists, the counters for 400 days and the log of your actions for 12 months. Everything is deleted with your account. Legal basis: performance of the service.
- To be confirmed. These periods are being reviewed by our lawyer.
Trackday.Place banners on other websites
- What it is. Organisers, coaches, partners or enthusiasts put a “Find us on Trackday.Place” image on their website or page, served by our server, with a link to Trackday.Place.
- What we count. Only totals per day and per banner: how many times the image was shown and how many times its link was followed. No cookie is read or set, no tracker, no fingerprint. The address of the page where the banner is placed is not recorded.
- Your IP address. It is only used, in memory and for 30 minutes, to count a single click per visitor; it is never recorded. Robots are not counted.
- Who sees these figures. The account that placed the banner sees its totals in its space, never the identity of visitors. The link adds a source code (ref) to the address that identifies the banner, never a person.
- How long. The totals are kept for 25 months, then deleted. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring the reach of these banners, without tracking people.
- To be confirmed. This processing and this retention period are being validated by our lawyer.
Support and help centre
- What we keep. When you write to support: your messages, the attachments you send (screenshots, PDFs), the topic you choose, the page you write from, and your email address (required without an account) or the link to your account. For an organiser whose website is being verified, we add the status of that verification. Card numbers, IBANs and passwords spotted in a message are masked automatically.
- Who sees them. You, and the Trackday.Place team handling your request. The team may add internal notes, which are deleted with the conversation.
- Why. To answer your request (legal basis: performance of the service, or our legitimate interest in answering the messages we receive). The email telling you about a reply is only sent if you tick the box for it.
- How long. Attachments are deleted 90 days after the request is resolved, conversations 12 months after. A visitor's conversation without an email address is deleted after 6 months, an unwanted message after 30 days. “Was this article helpful?” answers and searches with no result in the help centre are only kept as counters, for 90 days.
- Your rights. “Delete this conversation”, in the support window, deletes it at once along with its attachments. With an account, your conversations are included in “Download my data” and are deleted with your account.
- Support cookies. Without an account, a technical cookie (30 days) lets your browser find your conversations again. When you open the help centre (support.trackday.place) from your area, a one-time code valid for 2 minutes lets it recognise you; a technical cookie limited to support then keeps your access to your conversations and to the articles for your area, as long as your session is open (30 days at most).
- To be confirmed. These periods are being reviewed by our lawyer before the official launch of support.
Help centre assistant
- What it does. The “Ask a question” button of the help centre answers using only the help centre articles you are entitled to (public articles, and those of your area if you are signed in). The answer is generated automatically: check it in the article cited.
- What is sent. Your question, after automatic removal of any email addresses, links, numbers (phone, card, IBAN) and passwords detected, and the selected article extracts are sent to Anthropic (Claude), our processor. Never your name, your nickname, your email address or your identifier.
- What we keep. The question cleaned in this way, the page language, the account type (driver, organiser, coach, partner or visitor) and the articles suggested, with no link to your account or your IP address, for 30 days at most: to measure how useful the assistant is and to write the missing articles. The limit on the number of questions per hour is only kept in memory, for one hour.
- Contact support. If you tick “Attach this question and the answer to my message”, they are copied into your message to support, which you reread before sending it; they then follow the support rules described above.
- To be confirmed. This section is being reviewed by our lawyer before the assistant is switched on.
Moderation data
TO BE VALIDATED by the lawyer.
When you report content, we keep: the content concerned and an excerpt at the time of the report, the reason and your details, your account (or, for a visitor, the optional email address and a fingerprint of the IP address to limit abuse). For a message, a snapshot of the 3 previous messages of the conversation is kept to understand the context.
This data is used to examine the report, take a reasoned decision and handle appeals (legal basis: obligations under the European Digital Services Act, DSA, and legitimate interest in protecting members).
The author of the content never knows the identity of the person who reported it; nor do group moderators.
The automatic filter analyses the text when it is sent. A refused message is not kept: only the fact that it was refused is recorded in the moderation log, without the text.
Retention periods: reports, 12 months after they are handled; context snapshot, 30 days after a decision to take no action or until the end of the appeal period; hidden content, deleted at the end of the 6-month appeal period; decisions, sanctions, appeals and moderation log, 24 months, then anonymised or deleted; fingerprint of a banned account's email address, 3 years at most; anonymous statistics for the transparency report, without limit.
You will find the decisions concerning you, your appeals and your reports in the export of your data (My account).
Why and for how long
This data is only used to send you the emails related to your request. It is never sold, rented or used for advertising. It is kept as long as the alert is useful, and at most 12 months after the last track day concerned. Every email contains an unsubscribe link.
The data is hosted in France (OVHcloud); the site is served through Cloudflare. Legal basis: your request (alerts), and the legitimate interest of letting organisers know that places are being requested.
Driver convoys: to suggest addresses and places when you enter the meeting point or stops, our server sends the text you type (and an approximate position of the circuit or meeting point) to komoot's Photon service (photon.komoot.io, OpenStreetMap data); neither your IP address nor your identity is passed on. Maps show OpenStreetMap backgrounds (tile.openstreetmap.org), loaded by your browser only when you open a map. A convoy and its data (participants, departure towns, stops, messages) are erased 5 days after the track day.
A question about your data: [email protected]
Data controller and service providers
The data controller is Olivier Lacroix, sole trader (trading name LaSa Dev), SIREN 131 066 342, 173 rue de Courcelles, 75017 Paris, France. Contact:
- Hosting of the site and data: OVH SAS (OVHcloud), Roubaix, France. The server and the database are in France.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): delivery and protection of the site (content delivery network, CDN), and storage of the photos you upload (Cloudflare R2, in a private space).
- Anthropic, PBC (United States): automatic translation of texts written by members (messages, Paddock posts and comments, Debriefing ideas), as soon as a message is sent into the other participants' languages, or when you click "See translation". Only the text is sent (with any @usernames its author wrote in it), never your name, email address or identifier. Anthropic acts as a processor and does not use these texts to train its models (API service); the transfer to the United States is governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Translations are kept on our servers, in France, and erased together with the original text.
- Gandi SAS (France): sending and receiving emails for @trackday.place addresses.
- Sendinblue SAS — Brevo (France): sending the site's automatic emails (address confirmation, notifications, summaries).
- Backups: encrypted (AES-256) and stored in a private Cloudflare R2 space. They are kept for 7 days (daily backups), 4 weeks (weekly) and 6 months (monthly): deleted data may therefore remain in the encrypted backups for up to about 6 months before disappearing.
Retention periods
- Account: as long as it exists; everything linked to it is erased when you delete it. An account that is never activated is deleted after 30 days. Inactive accounts are not deleted automatically.
- Paddock (posts, comments, reactions and their photos): as long as the account exists, or until you delete them.
- Lap times, GPS traces and driving statistics: as long as the account exists, or until you delete the lap time; the trace of the best lap is erased if you change the time or the circuit.
- Debriefing (ideas, comments and votes): as long as the account exists.
- Badges and monthly challenges: as long as the account exists.
- Pro accounts (organiser area, team, site verification, action log): as long as the account exists; when it is deleted, the organisation's log keeps its actions, without its name or address.
- An organiser's driver database: 36 months after your last day or last purchase with them, by default (12 to 120 months as they choose); their database is under their responsibility (see “Organisers' driver databases”).
- Calendar: each day is erased one year after its date.
- Applications (“We're recruiting”): 12 months after the last action, or with your account (see “Applications”).
- Waiting list for professionals: until registrations open, then 6 months after the message informing you of it (see “Waiting list for professionals”).

- Automatic translations: as long as the original text exists; erased when it is deleted, hidden or edited, and with your account.
- Convoys: 5 days after the track day.
- Coaches and students: student record 36 months after the last session or last purchase with the coach; shared files 3 to 24 months depending on the coach's plan; messages to coaches 12 months (see “Coaches and students”).
- Coach documents: as long as the coach account exists; a replaced version is deleted 30 days after the new one is approved (see “Coach documents”).
- Support: conversations deleted 12 months after they are resolved, attachments after 90 days.
- Emails we send you (sending log): 12 months, and erased with your account; the personal links they contain (confirmation, new password) are never kept.
- Links received by email: valid from 30 minutes to 7 days depending on their purpose, then erased 7 days after use or expiry.
- Visit statistics: 13 months at most (see audience measurement below).
- Technical logs of the web server: 30 days at most. The IP address is truncated, and they contain no cookies, no URL parameters and no referring page. Cloudflare keeps its own logs, described in its privacy policy:
Your rights
You can at any time access your data, correct it, erase it, request restriction of processing, object to its processing and obtain it in a reusable format (portability).
- Access and portability: “Download my data” in My account (a .zip file); copies of your documents can be downloaded in My documents.
- Correction: directly in your account, your profile and your garage.
- Erasure: “Delete my account” in My account, or the “Delete my data” form below.
- Withdrawing your consent: “Erase everything” in My documents, your choice on audience measurement below, and the unsubscribe link in every email.
For any other request, write to us at the address above. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority):
Audience measurement and cookies
To find out which pages and tracks interest you, Trackday.Place measures its traffic on its own server, in France. No third-party services, no advertising trackers (partner offers track no one), no cross-referencing with other sites.
- For all visitors, without storing anything in your browser : page viewed, the site you came from (its domain name only), language, device type, country, searches entered and clicks to organisers' websites. To count the day's visitors, your IP address and browser are turned into a fingerprint using a key that is changed every day and then deleted: the IP address is never stored and two days cannot be linked. This measurement, limited to the site's statistics, is exempt from consent under the recommendations of the CNIL (the French data protection authority); you can object to it below.
- Only if you click “Accept” : a random ID is stored in your browser for 13 months at most, never extended, along with a visit number deleted when you close the tab. It tells us whether you come back and how many pages you view per visit. Only a fingerprint of this ID is kept on our server.
Your choice is remembered in your browser for 6 months, then asked again. Detailed statistics are kept for 13 months at most. If your browser sends the “Global Privacy Control” or “Do Not Track” signal, nothing is measured.
Delete my data
To check that this address is really yours, we send a confirmation link to it: nothing is deleted until you click. Then the alerts, account and sign-ups linked to this email are deleted; place requests are still counted, without your email.
